Human Resources Coordinator – Distribution Posted on May 28, 2025 Ecru Mississippi Human Resources Build Your Career with Ashley! Human Resources Coordinator – Ecru, MS (on-site) What Will You Do? The Human Resources Coordinator is a vital member of our Operations team, and a part of our overall Human Resources group. The Human Resources Coordinator role is fast paced, working closely with not only HR but all areas of operations across Distribution and Manufacturing. This position will be responsible for a variety of HR responsibilities including time and attendance administration and other duties as assigned. This position requires attention to detail, a strong ability to communicate with others within the organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Audit, maintain and ensure employee time-keeping and absentee records are accurate, in partnership with supervisors.
- Review attendance reporting and prepare corrective action documents.
- Maintain employee schedules in timekeeping and HRIS systems.
- Assist with management of Attendance Call In Log.
- Answers frequently asked questions from employees relative to standard policies, HRIS system access and questions, benefits, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
- Assists with required training, including quarterly compliance training and UKG Access.
- Assists with HR site initiatives including tracking and data collection with such as training programs and new hire onboarding, and other initiatives as designated.
- Assists with special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events and other company celebrations as necessary.
- Assists with new hire orientation as necessary.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

What Do You Need? Associate Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, Required. Strong attention to detail
