Manage full-cycle recruitment:
job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offers Processing biweekly and off-cycle payroll for non-exempt employees through Paylocity Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain and optimize applicant tracking system and sourcing tools Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and tax regulations What’s Needed? Proficiency in Spanish language required 2+ years of HR experience with a focus on recruiting and/or payroll Working knowledge of Paylocity preferred Strong knowledge of payroll regulations (FLSA, FMLA, ACA, etc.) Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g. ADP, Paycom, Workday, etc) What’s in it for me?
