Essential Functions Maintain I-9 and Immigration Records. Monitor yearly for I-9governmental updates for changes to our procedure asappropriate Administers the Employee Identification Badge System for newhires. Administers the record management & scanning of the HRfile. General Human Resource Department responsibilities. Completes backgrounds for all volunteers and chaplains. Pre-Employment Screenings including accurate completion of newhire paperwork. Submission and screening of criminal backgroundchecks. Act as secondary back up to prepping vacancy report. Onboard new employees Support, assist, and backup our Recruitment Team throughout theday, creating a smooth and consistent process for our cliniciansWhy join our team?

Minimum EducationHigh school diplomarequiredAssociates degree required.
Bachelors degree preferred.
Required SkillsRequires critical thinking skills and the ability towork with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressfulenvironment and take appropriate action. Three years ofadministrative experience in a high volume setting; HR experiencehighly preferred Minimum Work Experience 2-4 years experience is HRpreferred.
