Official title is Process Coordinator. This candidate must have expectational multi-tasking and attention to detail skills, excellent computer skills, be able to work with confidential information with the highest of integrity and be approachable. Must be able to independently manage and prioritize workload. This is a Monday-Friday in-person role with some flexibility in hours. This is a full-time position. Process Coordinator duties include (but are not limited to):
- responsible for documenting all modifications to forms and ensuring the timely distribution of updated forms to all relevant personnel
- assist with new hire orientation
- facilitates the confirmation of usernames and passwords and verifies email access for new employees
- review and edit FLS official documents as needed
- serve as back up receptionist
- participate in, and contribute to, all quarterly safety meetings
- keep track of additional employee training and recertifications, communicating all updates to leadership Must be able to:
- use desk phone with headset
- sit/stand/walk for long periods of time (includes frequent bending, kneeling, twisting, reaching, and lifting/carrying up to 40 lbs)
- comfortable using office equipment such as fax, scanner, laminator, printer
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- able to professionally write emails and communicate with customers and leadership
- feel comfortable working in a manufacturing setting and wearing PPE on a daily basis.
