The opportunity:

Must have ability to communicate and perform office functions mainly dealing with computers and data. Must be able to perform basic clerical duties. This opportunity is based in our Sales Marketing and Distribution Team. The role Accurately maintain and track all attendance information including attendance corrective actions. Distribute performance reviews. Enter information into various systems for employee data and reporting. Post job openings. Handle new employee orientation and assure all documents are completed for taxes, insurance, I-9 and other forms. Assist employees with vacation, attendance policy and attendance points. Handle confidential information. Update bulletin boards as needed. Communicate with HR Manager daily and advise of all issues. Coordinate or assist with any company events as needed. The requirements High School Diploma. 6 months office experience Computer skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Strong problem-solving skills Ability to communicate to all levels of the organization. Ability to work and perform well under pressure, flexibility in adapting to change environment. Knowledge of MS office, excel, word and Office 365 Availability for uncommon working schedule (ex: Shift schedule) Communication with employees’ multiple departments within organization both written and oral. Organizational Skills Ability to prioritize and work independently. Ability to reason and make judgements and understand instruction and principles. Ability to perform arithmetic operations clearly. Ability to perceive pertinent detail in verbal or written material and to effectively proofread copy, words, and numbers. Use words and their meanings effectively. Comprehend language, present information, or ideas clearly. Hearing is required to hear instructions, receive information from various sources, and understand safety warnings. Vision is required to read instructions, interpret data, and perform HR functions.
