Key Responsibilities:
Manage heavy administrative tasks including scheduling, managing correspondence, and filing HR documents efficiently. Facilitate the onboarding of new hires through coordinating orientation sessions and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately. Ensure that all necessary employment documents are collected, verified, and stored securely. Conduct initial screenings of candidates to ensure proper fit to company standards and job requirements. Coordinate logistics for external visitors, including meeting arrangements and maintaining visitor logs. Organize accommodations and meal arrangements for guests and company events. Assist with both hourly and strategic recruitment tasks, such as reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and scheduling interviews with Managers and Supervisors. Support retention strategies by maintaining employee engagement programs and monitoring key metrics. Actively participate in streamlining and improving HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal standards. Ensure that all employee and applicant documentation, as required by governing agencies, is maintained consistently and accurately.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in HR coordination.
