In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our HR operations—helpingwith everything from onboarding to training support, officeorganization, and company events.
What You’ll Do:
Support daily
HRoperations:
maintain employee files (digital and paper), updatelogs and forms, assist with HR projects. Be the go-to for officeand kitchen supply inventory, ordering, and restocking—keeping ourspace running smoothly. Assist with mail handling (incoming,outgoing, and FedEx), and provide backup coverage for the frontdesk (breaks, PTO, sick days). Help coordinate trainings andinternal events, including scheduling, materials prep, and dataentry in our Learning Management System. Play a key role inorganizing company events and decorating for holidays. Assist withclerical and administrative tasks for our Director of Training andDevelopment (filing, scanning, meeting setup, and presentationcreation). Support HR compliance, communications, and team goalswith professionalism and confidentiality.
What We’re Looking For:
2years of experience in an HR support role. High school diplomarequired; college degree a plus. Friendly, professional demeanorwith excellent communication skills. Highly organized,detail-oriented, and tech-savvy—especially in Microsoft Excel andPowerPoint. Able to handle confidential information withdiscretion. Comfortable multitasking and switching gears in afast-paced environment. Strong data entry, filing, andadministrative skills (50 wpm typing speed preferred). Experiencein manufacturing, distribution, or healthcare environments is abonus. Nice to
