HR Assistant Advanced Personnel Resources, Inc. Greensboro, NC 27409 Overview Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our client’s dynamic HR team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, training development, and performance management. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with employment labor laws. Duties Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Support training development initiatives by coordinating training sessions and maintaining training records. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment labor laws. Utilize HR software systems such as Workday, Dayforce, SAP, and Taleo for data management and reporting. Assisting with planning and executing speial events such as benefits enrollment, holiday events, employee recognition and retirements. Participate in performance management processes by assisting with performance evaluations and tracking employee progress. Support project management efforts within the HR department to improve processes and enhance employee engagement. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing documents, maintaining files, and responding to employee inquiries. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in an HR role or a relevant administrative position is preferred. Familiarity with HR software systems such as Workday, Dayforce, SAP, Taleo, or similar platforms is a plus. Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in project management principles is desirable. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
