PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand all Club policies including Club rules, discipline policy, Club emergency plans, Parent/Guardian & Employee handbooks, etc. Coordinate human resources operations including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and orienting new staff and volunteers, under the guidance of the VP of Operations. Monitor employee time cards and manage time off requests.
KEY FUNCTIONS
Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, attending recruitment events, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and managers. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. Onboard new employees, which includes inputting their information into a computer database, training them on safety rules and procedures, and directing them to the next steps of training. Communicate with new volunteers and guide them through the training process.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in special programs and/or events. Daily problem solving, critical thinking, and ability to adapt.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
Those with degrees in Management, Human Resources, Hospitality, or a related field are strongly encouraged to apply 2+ years experience providing customer service, front desk support, or human resources preferred Attention to detail Computer literacy skills including microsoft office, canva, google docs Strong communication skills including email, phone, and in-person communication Ability to work in a fast paced environment
