$41.8K – $50.4K a year 4 hours ago Benefits Dental insurance 401(k) Flexible spending account Employee discount Qualifications ADP Mid-level Microsoft Office Administrative experience Bachelor’s degree Human resources 1 year Business Full Job Description The Human Resources Administrator at the Whitewater Center (Whitewater) provides hands on support for the organization in the areas of employee onboarding/offboarding, employee status changes, personnel file management, process documentation, recruitment opportunities in the marketplace and cross-communication with managers across all Whitewater Center departments. As a front-facing member of the Human Resources team, the Administrator is responsible for facilitating positive and energizing interactions with Whitewater employees. An organized and systematic work style and a keen eye for detail are crucial to the success in this role. The Administrator is a full-time, on-site, benefits eligible position that reports to the Human Resources Manager. Responsibilities Execution of the onboarding/offboarding processes in conjunction with all Whitewater Center employees including personnel data entry, compliance task completion, system credentialing, background checks and all corresponding employment documentation. Point of contact for all human resources related questions and maintain the ability to coordinate with all other departments regarding proper procedures. Administration of requisitions, staff updates, management tools and other documentation in the ADP Workforce Now human resources platform and other Whitewater Center systems in conjunction with the Human Resources team. Administration of Workers Compensation incident facilitation between employees and third-party insurance partners. Assist with Benefit administration and recordkeeping between employees and third-party insurance providers. Participate in recruiting events both off-site and on-site. Learn and generate reporting to provide administrative support to the HR team and other departments. Assist with assigned projects and analysis of current processes/procedures. Maintain orderliness of office supplies and equipment and submit order requests as needed. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business or another related field. Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite programs. Preferred Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or another administrative role. Experience working in ADP Workforce Now or a similar HR information system. Physical Demands Must be able to sit at a computer for sustained periods of time Must be able to work outdoors for sustained periods of time in all weather and environmental conditions. Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds. Must be able to bend, stand, lean, and kneel on a regular basis and for sustained periods of time. Must be able to safely self-transport over uneven terrain or in a confined space. Must be able to work in shared spaces with other employees and customers. All positions at Whitewater require employees to report and work onsite at Whitewater locations.
