The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruiting, employee relations, and training development. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while fostering a positive work environment. Duties Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings on various platforms, including Indeed Recruiting and Bamboo HR. Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Support onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation sessions and training development initiatives. Facilitate employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals. Manage contract administration and ensure all documentation is processed accurately within SAP or Dayforce systems. Participate in performance management processes, providing support for evaluations and feedback sessions. Assist in organizing training programs to enhance employee skills and career development opportunities. Experience Proven experience in human resources management or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Indeed Recruiting is a plus Experience with HRIS systems Bamboo HR for maintaining employee data is advantageous. Strong understanding of employee relations practices and training development methodologies. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
