ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

+ Assist with a variety of HR functions in the facility including employee records, new hire orientation, benefits communications and employee recognition. + Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties. + Assist with New Hire Orientation + Support special projects and events related to these functions and operate under immediate supervision. + Maintain current employee information, policy and procedure manuals, other communications and distribute as appropriate. + Responsible for filing all documents in personnel files.

REQUIREMENTS

+ High School Diploma or equivalent + At least two years’ of experience working in an administrative support role + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office + Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

PREFERRED
