WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Relevant licenses or certifications preferred Experience Qualified applicants should have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in human resources, workforce development, education, educational administration, mentoring, or similar fields. - Create/develop/coordinate training curriculum and schedule
- Monitoring and improving the effectiveness of training programs
- Create, track, and maintain training records
- Recruit and train new trainers/instructors
- Remain current in new training methods and techniques
- Selecting and sourcing training materials, curricula, and resources
