Primary Purpose of this Job The primary purpose of this job is to performs a variety of duties in Human Resources department with a focus in staffing, onboarding, employee projects, services and training support. Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned) Responsible for ordering office supplies as well as maintaining purchase orders and invoice coding for the department. Responsible for maintaining documents in the employee electronic files. Administer employee programs that include but aren’t limited to retiree processing, service award program, rapid cast, recognition programs, personnel record upkeep, etc. Support all internal staffing, onboarding activities for new hires and lead new hire orientations. Administer position requisition entry and tracking. Administer approval and storing process for training requests and tuition reimbursement process. Support coordination, tracking and planning logistics of company training programs. Cross train in defined areas with other HR roles of similar nature Support other HR areas as needed including CI events, special projects, and responsibilities.

Basic Qualifications:
High school Diploma or GED Previous experience working with Microsoft applications (excel, office, etc).
