Construction Office Admin. Asst. 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars Raleigh, NC 27610 Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Raleigh area! Qualified candidates MUST have at least 2 years experience working with QuickBooks. This is a full time, temp to hire, IN OFFICE position.

8am to 5pm

$20-$21/hour

Oversee and manage all administrative functions of the office Handle human resources tasks such as onboarding, performance evaluations, and employee relations Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and supplies Provide general office support as needed This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Office Manager who is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
