WHO are we looking for? The
CAPTRUST
Human Resources department is looking for a Human Resources Scheduling Coordinator to support recruiting activities and other administrative duties related to the operations of the Human Resources department. The Human Resource Associate will help coordinate interviews and provide white glove service throughout the recruitment lifecycle. This role will support internal and external requests related to the department.
Responsibilities:
Administrative duties including calendar management, travel, accounts payable, and expense reports Responsible for scheduling and coordinating MS Teams video and on-site candidate interviews Submit new-employee background checks and IT tickets for equipment and onboarding Proofread documents and correspondence to candidates and colleagues Answer/route phone calls and greet and tour visitors Schedule human resource trainings Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and administrative duties as needed Performs other related duties as assigned

High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of related experience in
