Job Overview As a Recruiting Coordinator at Juicekeys, you’ll be at the heart of our growth, sourcing and hiring top talent to bring our vision to life for our Juicekeys locations. This 3-month contract position has the potential for extension and offers flexible hours (part-time to full-time)to fit your lifestyle, and requires a proactive approach to attract candidates who align with our brand’s energy and values. Using your creativity and drive to attract candidates who embody Juicekeys’ vibrant energy. If you love connecting with people and building teams, this is your chance to shine in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, local networks, and creative outreach. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit. Maintain organized candidate records using applicant tracking systems and provide weekly updates to keep the hiring process on track. Partner with local organizations and networks to build a diverse talent pipeline. Coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers and facilitate follow-ups. Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular updates on hiring progress. Requirements Required:

1-3 years of recruiting experience in retail, food service, or fast-casual industries. Proven ability to source and hire high-volume roles in a competitive labor market. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and build relationships. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job posting platforms. Knowledge of the Raleigh-Durham job market or community networks is a plus. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Passion for healthy living and alignment with Juicekeys’ mission to inspire wellness is a bonus!
