Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and highly organized HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department in a fast-paced security services environment . The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the recruitment and coordination of security personnel, maintaining accurate employee records, and assisting with compliance and training-related activities. This role requires someone who can thrive in a high-volume, detail-oriented setting with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruiting and onboarding of security officers Coordinate background checks, license verification, drug screenings, and other compliance requirements Conduct interviews for guards and field staff Track license expirations and certifications to ensure full regulatory compliance Scheduling shifts and managing attendance or disciplinary records as needed
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS or scheduling software is a plus Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
