Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented, Part-Time Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Bedford, New Hampshire. This is a short-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to various HR functions and ensure smooth organizational operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including drafting offer letters, contracts, and exit documentation.
- Ensure all HR activities comply with relevant labor laws and organizational policies.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll in a timely and meticulous manner.
- Maintain and organize confidential employee records and personnel files.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and facilitating a seamless candidate experience.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations using HR data to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in planning and executing HR-related events and training sessions.
- Support auditing processes related to HR compliance and benefit administration.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective use of HR systems and tools. Requirements
- Proficiency in HR software such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and Concur.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations and benefit administration.
- Proven ability to conduct background checks and manage auditing processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective employee and candidate interactions.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality.
- Prior experience in HR administration or a related role is highly preferred.
