Job Description
Description We are looking for a reliable and organized HR Administrative Assistant to support our human resources team in Nashua NH. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow their administrative skills and gain exposure to the HR field. HR experience is not required—just a willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
Main Responsibilities:
+ Answer phones and direct calls as needed + Organize and maintain employee files + Enter data into systems and update spreadsheets + Help with onboarding tasks and new hire paperwork + Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars + Assist with general office duties and support the HR team + Ability to work daily in MS Excel Requirements
- Proficiency in Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools, such as Teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in the HR field.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
