$22.50-$25.00 per hour depending on experience.
Hours:
40 hours a week, Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM This position is 100% onsite. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Human Resources Assistant to join our team! This role will provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Department, assisting with various HR functions.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding. Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate requirements. Organize and manage new hire onboarding and orientation sessions. Onboard new hires in the current HRIS system when background and other required documentation is determined to be complete and acceptable. Set up and maintains all personnel files. Build and maintain positive relationships with all staff by responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and accurate manner. Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team. Qualifications and Requirements:
Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or HR-related role, preferably within the healthcare or community mental health field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with Microsoft Office programs Experience with HRIS systems (Paylocity experience a plus) Ability to deliver a high level of customer service Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines A positive and professional attitude
Benefits:
All regularly scheduled employees working at least 32 hours per week are eligible to receive full benefits; those working less than 32 hours a week will receive prorated benefits.
