Job Description

Description We are looking for a Benefits Admin/HR Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Kingston, New Hampshire. In this role, you will play a key part in managing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance, and supporting HR functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with expertise in benefits administration and HR systems to contribute to a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, claims administration, and ongoing support.
  • Utilize ADP Workforce Now and other HR systems to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  • Support onboarding processes by coordinating benefits-related communication and documentation.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to employees regarding their benefits options and claims.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the efficiency of compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Organize and facilitate virtual meetings using tools like Cisco Webex to communicate updates and address employee concerns.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and resources related to benefits administration.
  • Monitor and analyze trends in employee benefits to suggest potential improvements.
  • Ensure all benefits-related data is securely stored and handled in compliance with privacy laws. Requirements
  • Proven experience with ADP Workforce Now and other HR systems.
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits administration and related compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with claim administration processes and auditing practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with employees and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively with CRM tools and manage employee data.
  • Proficiency in organizing and conducting virtual meetings using platforms like Cisco Webex.
  • Experience in onboarding processes and benefits-related documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
