Generaladministrative responsibilities to support an organized andefficient HR work environment to include office supply ordering &management, copier/printer management, mail distribution, payrolland expense report processing, budget preparation & management,meeting planning, calendar management, phone calls and executivelevel offer letters & confidentiality agreements, etc Serves asdepartment liaison across the organization assisting with projectsand initiatives Manages confidential information with sensitivityand discretion (i.e., compensation, personnel files, employeerelations matters, etc.) Takes initiative to assist other teammembers to ensure a high level of customer service and a positiveemployee and candidate experience Assists with executive and boardlevel presentations Assists with tracking and communication of HRrelated metrics Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, preferred Threeplus (3) years relevant work experience, preferred Microsoft Officeand Adobe experience required Excellent interpersonal skills andability to communicate at all levels of an organization Ability tomanage confidential information with a high level of sensitivityMaintains a positive, professional demeanor in all interactionsStrong verbal and written communication skills Excellentorganizational skills with strong attention to detail Excellentproblem-solving and analytical skills Flexible, resilient,inclusive, collaborative and team-oriented Anticipates well, takesinitiative, accepts ownership & accountability and strives forexcellence Acts with integrity, fairness, mutual respect andtransparency Moves with a sense of urgency and a continuousimprovement mindset Ability to balance multiple priorities and workin a fast-paced, fun environment The pay range reflects thepotential base salary range for this role. Individual base pay isdetermined by various factors such as relevant experience andskills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position. PayRange $60,000 – $75,000
