JOB DUTIES
The HR Recruitment Coordinator will primarily be responsible for managing the recruitment and onboarding process for the nursing home staff. This includes managing job postings, screening resumes, facilitating interviews, coordinating pre-employment paperwork and conducting new hire orientations. The Coordinator will also serve as the first point of contact for questions related to HR policies and procedures. Other responsibilities include maintaining electronic records and other related HR information, HRIS data entry and maintenance, ad hoc reporting.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree. 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources role. Proven experience with HRIS software; strong preference for ADP Workforce Now. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task and juggle various types of projects. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. Ability to maintain confidential information and exercise sound judgment. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bi-lingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. Degree in Human Resources or related field. Recruitment or recruitment coordinator experience. Prior healthcare or long-term care experience. Proficiency with HR Technology. Familiarity with HR best practices as well as federal, NY and NJ state employment law. Professional certification in Human Resources.

This is a full-time non-exempt position based in The Actors Fund Home in Englewood, NJ.
