Roles Position:

HR Assistant Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields Professional proficiency in Mandarin and Chinese Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities High attention to detail and confidentiality Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and conducting interviews. Support employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Maintain employee records and assist with data entry in HR systems like Workday and Paychex. Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, including FMLA regulations. Communicate effectively with team members and management to address HR-related inquiries. Analyze HR data to support talent management and organizational development initiatives.
