Responsibilities:

Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for hourly and salaried employees Maintain payroll records and ensure accuracy of employee data Handle wage garnishments, deductions, and direct deposits Support HR functions related to employee onboarding and benefits Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws Assist with employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all HR and payroll functions

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in payroll processing over 1000+ employees Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish Knowledge of federal and state wage and hour laws Experience using payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, or similar systems) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive, can-do attitude and a team player mentality
