People & Talent Partner 4.6 4.6 out of 5 stars Woodbridge, NJ 07095 • Hybrid work The Role We are seeking a People & Talent Partner to serve as a hybrid Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR Business Partner. You will play a pivotal role in recruiting great talent, supporting team health and performance, and enhancing the employee experience at Fusion. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a few years of experience in recruiting, HRBP, or HR operations roles, especially in high-growth, mission-driven environments. You’ll gain exposure to strategic HR work while building systems that help scale our People team with clarity, care, and impact. What You’ll Do Talent Acquisition Partner with hiring managers to source, assess, and close high-quality candidates especially for technical and subject matter expert roles. Guide teams through structured interview practices and help evolve our recruiting workflows and tools. Champion inclusive hiring practices and contribute to Fusion’s employer brand and candidate experience. Maintain pipeline health in our ATS and surface recruiting metrics to inform decisions and forecast hiring needs. People Partner In partnership with the People team, act as the first point of contact for employees and managers across assigned functions, supporting engagement, team health, and feedback. Help deliver and facilitate core people programs: onboarding/offboarding, performance reviews, engagement initiatives. Partner with the Head of People and HR Manager to prepare data-backed insights and materials for leadership. Navigate employee questions and people issues with sound judgment, empathy, and alignment to Fusion’s values. People Ops & Insights Become a power user of our HRIS platform, helping ensure system accuracy and process efficiency. Contribute to people analytics projects like compensation benchmarking, retention trend tracking, and survey results analysis. Support special projects that make our systems, data, and processes more user-friendly and scalable. Employee Experience & Workplace Happiness Help design and execute initiatives that foster connection, belonging, and joy at work, whether in-person or remote. Develop and support culture-building activities, onboarding improvements, recognition programs, and team events.

Who You Are Experience :

A minimum of 3 years in recruiting, HRBP, or HR operations roles. High-growth or mission-driven company background preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and experience managing an HRIS (BambooHR or Rippling) strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-through. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-change environment and manage multiple workstreams at once. Location This is an onsite/hybrid role based in Woodbridge, NJ. After a 90-day onboarding period, this role includes 100 days of work-from-anywhere flexibility, prorated to your start date. Travel Flexibility to travel to our Topeka, KS office and client sites as needed.

Compensation Salary Range:

$70,000 – $85,000. At Fusion, our salary ranges are designed to be competitive within our size and industry. Compensation is just one component of a comprehensive total rewards package that also includes benefits, flexibility, and growth opportunities. Individual pay decisions are informed by several factors, including location, experience, qualifications, skillset, and internal equity across the organization. While we expect most offers to fall within the stated range, each compensation decision is made thoughtfully, with consideration for both the candidate’s unique profile and our commitment to pay parity.
