Are you a people person with HR experience who enjoys supporting teams and making a difference? Adecco is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our client’s team in the Stirling, NJ area. This part-time, temporary role is perfect for someone with a passion for Human Resources and a desire to contribute to a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, resume screening, scheduling, and interviews for iing teachers and administrative staff
Assist with onboarding new hires via Paylocity, and respond to licensing and benefits-related inquiries
Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits administration
Provide day-to-day HR support for staff, handling general questions and resolving basic issues
Ensurepliance with all applicable laws and internal policies for personnel records
Support the school’s HR needs as directed

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required with 1-2 years of progressive HR experience
Solid understanding of HR policies, benefits, and legal regulations
Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbalmunication skills
Self-starter with stronganizational skills and attention to detail
Customer-focused problem solver with a positive attitude and team spirit
Experience in a school or educational environment is a plus

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
Must be able to navigate school property, including climbing stairs and moving between buildings
Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
Occasional travel between NJ & NY locations may be required

Pay Details:

$20.00 to $25.00 per hour
