• Key Responsibilities:

• + Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, resume screening, scheduling, and interviews for incoming teachers and administrative staff + Assist with onboarding new hires via

• , and respond to licensing and benefits-related inquiries + Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits administration + Provide day-to-day HR support for staff, handling general questions and resolving basic issues + Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and internal policies for personnel records + Support the school’s HR needs as directed

• Qualifications:

• + •Bachelor’s degree required•with 1-2 years of progressive HR experience + Solid understanding of HR policies, benefits, and legal regulations + Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly + Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills + Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail + Customer-focused problem solver with a positive attitude and team spirit + Experience in a school or educational environment is a •plus•

Physical Requirements:

• + Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods + Must be able to navigate school property, including climbing stairs and moving between buildings + Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
