Key Responsibilities:

Healthcare Staffer:

Coordinate and manage staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage. Maintain detailed records of staffing assignments and personnel files.

Additional tasks:

Greet and assist patients and visitors with professionalism and empathy. Manage incoming calls, emails, and appointments efficiently. Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and filing. Provide comprehensive support to executive leadership. Assist with special projects and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar role in a healthcare setting is required. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Proficiency with HHA Exchange preferred.
