Administrative Coordinator (Bookkeeping, Sales Support & HR) Watkins Poultry Merchants Brooklyn, NY 11207 • Hybrid work Administrative Coordinator (Bookkeeping, Sales Support & HR) Hybrid (Mostly In-Person with Some Remote) – Brooklyn, NY Join our team as a versatile Administrative Coordinator! We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 – $85,000 per year, annual bonus, pension plan, up to 3 weeks paid time off, multiple paid holidays, comprehensive benefits, and a hybrid work environment that is primarily in-person with some remote work flexibility in Brooklyn, NY. Responsibilities Perform bookkeeping tasks, including managing invoices, categorizing expenses, and reconciling accounts (preferably in QuickBooks) Create and maintain documents and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.) Support the sales team by scheduling calls, preparing materials, and following up with clients Oversee and manage both accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring timely collections, payments, and accurate records Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including scheduling, correspondence, and project support Support basic HR functions such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and assisting with HR-related inquiries Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams Qualifications Proven experience in administrative roles with bookkeeping responsibilities Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities Bilingual Spanish a plus but not required What We Offer Salary range: $75,000 – $85,000 per year, depending on experience Annual bonus Up to 3 weeks paid time off Multiple paid holidays Comprehensive benefits package Pension plan Hybrid work arrangement: primarily in-person with some remote work flexibility in Brooklyn, NY Our company specializes in the sale of live poultry.
