Key Requirements:
1. Fluent in both English and Russian; 2. Previous experience in HR or a related field is preferred, but not necessarily required; 3. Familiarity with homecare services or experience working in a similar environment is a plus.
Training:
- Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure success in the role
Responsibilities:
- Support HR functions specific to homecare services, such as:
- Recruitment and onboarding of caregivers and support staff
- Maintaining employee records and databases
- Assisting with benefits administration and employee communications
- Providing support for employee relations and compliance
