New York, NY (On-site) Responsibilities Configure, manage, and maintain routing and switching infrastructure Provision and deploy network equipment across a wide variety of customer and internal deployments Design and implement scalable network architectures, including routing policies, segmentation, and failover strategies Develop and maintain MikroTik-based routing topologies using OSPF, BGP, VRRP, and VLANs Perform field work including new installations, diagnostics, and upgrades Support the network team with documentation, troubleshooting, and long-term scaling Ensure consistent network performance and availability across all deployments Requirements Strong proficiency in routing and switching protocols (OSPF, BGP, VLAN, STP, etc.) Hands-on experience with MikroTik RouterOS, including routing table design, firewall configuration, queues, and bridging Demonstrated experience in designing and deploying multi-site MikroTik networks Working knowledge of DHCP, DNS, NAT, firewall policies, and VPN technologies Familiarity with Ubiquiti UniFi and EdgeMAX hardware and controller management Ability to work in the field for equipment installation and troubleshooting Comfortable with network provisioning, including remote and on-site setup Strong organizational and communication skills Based in New York City or willing to relocate Nice to Haves Experience with fixed wireless or ISP infrastructure Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., The Dude, UNMS, NetXMS, Zabbix) Scripting or automation experience (Python, Bash, etc.) Benefits Competitive salary Health insurance Paid time off and holidays To apply: Send your resume and a note about your experience.
