Overview The Weekend Team Assistant is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support necessary to assure excellent delivery of clinical care to agency’s patients and staff at Catholic Health Home Care. The Weekend Team Assistant’s role is crucial to the functioning of the teams, serving as the front line response to calls directed to the team and the efficient management of these calls.

Prioritize and Multitask Qualifications:

Strong Computer/data entry skills Minimum two years office experience, preferably in a health care environment Excellent organizational/ communication skills; customer service skills Experience utilizing an Electronics Medical System, preferably Allscripts and EPIC Associate’s or Bachelor’s Strongly Preferred Posted Salary Range USD $25.00 – USD $28.00 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
