Job Description
Overview The Weekend Team Assistant is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support necessary to assure excellent delivery of clinical care to agency’s patients and staff at Catholic Health Home Care. The Weekend Team Assistant’s role is crucial to the functioning of the teams, serving as the front line response to calls directed to the team and the efficient management of these calls.

Coordination of paper flow, data entry of documentation and communication with patients, physicians and staff. Prioritize and Multitask Qualifications:
Strong Computer/data entry skills Minimum two years office experience, preferably in a health care environment Excellent organizational/ communication skills; customer service skills Experience utilizing an Electronics Medical System, preferably Allscripts and EPIC Associate’s or Bachelor’s Strongly Preferred Posted Salary Range USD $25.00 – USD $28.00 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job, and it does not include the value of benefits.
