The Coordinator Human Resources Business Partner is an integral part of the Human Resources team, serving as the first point of contact for HR-related matters across the MSG Venues, including Radio City Music Hall, The Beacon Theatre, and The Chicago Theatre. The Coordinator plays a vital role in streamlining HR processes, managing employee inquiries, facilitating urgent employment transitions, maintaining headcount reports and organization charts, and assisting with requisition requests. What will you do? Provide HR support to all full-time and part-time employees within Venue Operations and Productions divisions
Support execution of annual performance initiatives, including performance management, talent management, and career pathing and any reporting associated to the initiatives
Pull and organize headcount reports, ensuring accuracy and updating organizational charts. Identify data inconsistencies and report accordingly
Assist in employee life-cycle processes such as hiring, transfers, promotions, terminations, and disciplinary actions
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain up-to-date knowledge of MSGE’s Employee Handbook, PTO, benefits, and payroll information
Manage urgent employment transactions and LOA/ADA records and conversations
Support management at all levels within the business partner team on HR initiatives
Track employees in good standing for service award eligibility and various internal initiatives
Build and process requisition requests and assist in drafting job descriptions. Maintain an accurate record of job descriptions
Schedule and set up meetings to support HR initiatives
Participate in learning and development programs and trainings as needed
Maintain decks, Excel sheets, and materials for various ongoing projects
Serve as a liaison between business partners and other HR functions What do you need to succeed? 1+ year of experience in Human Resources or related field of work
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organization and time management abilities
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and prioritize tasks effectively
Integrity, tact, diplomacy, and a commitment to company values and HR best practices
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; knowledge of Oracle HCM system is a plus
Ability to set clear objectives for self and team, deploy resources effectively, and adjust for evolving priorities
Proactive approach to problem-solving and task management—takes initiative before being asked #LI-Onsite Pay Range
