Job Description
1. 2. Processes transactions through the General Ledger such as DBL (Disability) payments, Insurance payments, 699 account activity and movie tickets. 3. Payroll Processing responsibilities will include scanning payroll documents, File Maintenance and monitoring timecards. 4. Creates forms, documents and correspondence on behalf of HR which include Job Postings, Job Descriptions, Confirmation Letters, Onboarding, and Mail Merge projects such as Annual Statements and required notifications. 5. Provides support for the recruiting process by assisting with job postings, external advertisements, candidate pre-screening, scheduling and interviewing. Maintains applicant records, the Staffing Activity Log, and the Applicant Log. 6. Assists in the Onboarding of new employees, by preparing orientation and onboarding documents, brand bags, and scheduling new hire Onboarding sessions. 7. Act as a resource for basic employee questions including payroll, insurance, and company policy. 8. Maintains Listing of Mandatory Postings. Monitors and maintains mandatory posting information throughout the company. 9. Maintains and tracks Performance Management. Assign and ensure reviews are being completed by managers in a timely manner and escalate training plans to HR Generalist. 10. Responsible for updating documents and creating new content for the HR Home Page of the Hub (Internal Intranet page). This position requires experience in a business setting, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong analytical skills. The ideal candidate must be results driven, possess a sense of urgency, be very organized and be able to maintain a high level of professionalism. Prior experience in the Human Resources field or an associate degree are preferred but not required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with customers, co-workers, and outside bank personnel. Communicate Orally. Normal daily physical activities include walking, standing, sitting, stooping, bending, pushing, and pulling. Must be able to read reports and use a computer.
