Human Resources Coordinator (Part Time) 2.0 2.0 out of 5 stars 100 North Miller Street, Fairfield, PA 17320 The HR Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our Fairfield PA office. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person for administrative support. This position is heavily focused on face-to-face presence and engagement. Candidate must be a strong multi-tasker and must possess excellent customer service, and computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), with good written and communication skills, attention to detail, and a preference for administrator support. This position also requires a high level of creativity and initiative. Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries Provides assistance in all areas of HR, including employment, communication, team member events and record retention. Maintains general office, front counter, lobby area ensuring that they are neat/clean, orderly and well stocked. Handles employee questions/requests and escalate issues to ensure prompt resolution. Perform administrative duties, including maintaining employee records, data input, employee badges, etc. Assists in coordinating interviews and New Hire Orientation. Maintains an upbeat & positive attitude as well as a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor with all employees, applicants and guests. Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. Manage onboarding and offboarding Coordinate recruiting activities, including job postings, career fairs, etc. Requirements Minimum of one year experience in a customer service position is required; previous experience working in Human resources is desired. Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook); UKG experience a plus. Excellent verbal and written skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Ability to multi-task and problem solve. Excellent organizational skills, presentation skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively. Must approach team member questions and concerns in a caring, confidential and helpful manner.
