Position Summary:
The Human Resources Coordinator will play a key role in supporting HR processes and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the department. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The HR Coordinator will assist with onboarding, compliance, benefits administration, and employee relations support.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliance standards are met. Maintain and update employee records. Monitor compliance with employment laws, company policies, safety protocols, and job site regulations. Support benefits administration, including enrollment, claims coordination, and employee inquiries. Help track employee certifications, training completion, and safety credentials. Act as a liaison between employees and management regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., absences, bonus, leaves).
Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. 2+ years of HR experience. Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and workplace safety regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, or similar platforms). Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

$60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
