Administrator (Temporary Position)

Position:

Full-Time/Hourly/ Temporary (4-6month assignment)

HR Administrator:

The HR Administrator will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources team, with a strong focus on new hire onboarding, and provide recruiting support. This role will help ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for new employees, as well as handle various administrative tasks that keep HR operations running efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Support the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews when assigned Maintain and update new hire employee information and HR databases with accurate information Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, job descriptions, and reports when assigned Ensure a smooth start day orientation Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies Maintain and track all new hires from offer accepted to start day; Assist with pre-employment checks, onboarding calls, set up new hires in the system, coordinate start day activities, conduct orientation, etc. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
