What You’ll Be Responsible For Your job will support our entire hiring funnel, from job ad creation to applicant screening, interview coordination, and employer branding. Here’s what success looks like: Writing and testing job ads that bring in quality candidates. Managing job boards and advertising budgets. Screening resumes and conducting structured screening interviews. Keeping our ATS clean, organized, and up-to-date. Managing internal job communications and referral programs. Creating and distributing branding content that makes S&R Enterprises shine. Measuring key metrics like hiring timelines, candidate feedback, and conversion rates. What You Need to Succeed At least 2 years of recruiting, HR, talent acquisition, or inside sales experience. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in ATS systems, job boards, and social media tools. Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, business, communications, or similar). $55,000 $65,000 per year, based on experience.
