We are currently seeking a talented, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Administrative / HR Coordinator to join our team. This dual-role position offers a unique opportunity for growth in both administrative operations and human resources, and it serves as a vital member of our front-office team. Position Overview The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of working independently while maintaining strict confidentiality. This role involves a combination of HR support, office management, and administrative assistance to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office and employee support systems. Key Responsibilities Human Resources Support Serve as a liaison with employees to facilitate payroll processing Conduct pre-employment background checks Support the onboarding and offboarding process Administer HR programs including benefits, leave management, employee recognition, and performance support Assist in managing recruitment activities including job fairs, working with recruiters, and applicant tracking Administrative Duties Manage the reception area: answer and route inbound calls professionally Coordinate company calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics Receive and distribute incoming mail and vendor invoices Maintain office supply inventory and restock kitchen and pantry areas Distribute employee apparel and corporate appreciation gifts Provide general administrative support to the management team as needed Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Human Resources or administrative role Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel; Adobe PDF; and familiarity with HR software systems preferred Accounts Payable experience is a plus Ability to bend, stoop, lift up to 30 lbs., and navigate stairs Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays 401(k) Plan with Employer Contribution Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Company-Paid Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance Career Development and Growth Opportunities Join Our Team If you are looking for a dynamic workplace that values dedication, professionalism, and personal growth, we invite you to apply.
