Job Title Human Resources Student Assistant
Job Description The Human Resources Assistant role is to act as the first point of contact when someone walks into the office and/or calls for assistance. Along with answering and directing questions, there may be additional task.

Job Duties ing with random office projects.
Complete light office work such as filing, assisting walk-ins, answering phones, etc.
Some additional tasks may include but are not limited to collaborating with other departments on campus.
Answering The Phone/Directing Calls.
Assisting people when they walk into the office.
Required Qualifications Interest in working with other employees
An organized and flexible schedule, and willingness to come in when needed
Enjoys putting things in exactly the right place and focusing on repetitive tasks
Ability to work productively without direct supervision
Ability to preserve confidentiality of information at all times.
Organizational skills
Ability to communicate well
Shows attention to details
Preferred Qualifications Able to work at least three or more days a week later in the afternoon.
Physical Demands Moving boxes up to 15 lb

Hours Per Week 4-7
Work Schedule Monday through Wednesday 2:30 pm until 5 pm and Friday Noon until 4 pm (Additional hours may be available depending on the week)
Salary per hour Starting at $10.25/hour
