Scheduling Assistant II Job Summary:
Talent Software Services isin search of a Scheduling Assistant for a contract position inLancaster, PA. The opportunity will be a year with a strong chancefor a long-term extension.
PrimaryResponsibilities/Accountabilities:
Serve as central point ofcontact for all incoming customer calls/emails Address customerquestions/concerns as much as possible Delegate to appropriateindividual/group if unable to address Log customer calls and reportout weekly Assist schedulers with proactive customer contactsthroughout job scheduling process Provide clear guidance forcustomers on pre-job requirements (ex. Inspection due dates,physical work to be complete before work is executed, setting upnew meter account, etc.) Schedule customer appointments, issuereminders/confirmations Maintain log of all communications toreport out weekly Provide other scheduler assistance as neededAssist in creating work packets Assist in processing bundled jobcards Remove job holds once verified Create IVR appointments Assistin WO close out Schedule temp disconnects Investigate propertydamage claims and schedule work if PPL liability is determined Ifthis job is a match for your background, we would be honored toreceive your application!
