This role is employee-facing and involves a variety of HR duties, making it ideal for those who thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for customer service. Job Description We are looking for an HR Assistant to support our client with HR inquiries and assisting employees. This position will be full-time and onsite, with a contract duration of 12+ months. What You’ll Do Assist employees with HR-related inquiries Document employee inquiries in the Case Management tool Maintain personnel files Handle verification of employment requests Perform various other HR duties

What You’ll Need Required:

5 years of experience in a customer care role in a Human Resources setting Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal) Ability to work well with employees at all levels of the organization Positive “can do” attitude; adaptable to change; process-focused Ability to work independently (a self-starter) in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work in a team environment, including flexibility with team coverage Superior organizational skills; ability to prioritize and multitask Confidentiality and integrity are a must Skills in the Microsoft software suite (Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint)

Preferred:

Experience with Workday or SAP Physical Demands Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor The pay range for this position is $23.00 – $26.00 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access.
