Job Description
Description Do you have a passion for people and a keen eye for detail? Robert Half is looking for a motivated and organized Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join a local and dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
Perform day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as creating employee files, maintaining HR databases, and processing paperwork. +
Recruitment Support:
Assist with job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process. +
Employee Onboarding:
Coordinate onboarding activities, including preparing new hire documentation, organizing orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees. +
Policy & Compliance:
Help maintain compliance with company policies and procedures as well as federal, state, and local employment laws. +
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, escalating complex issues to HR leadership when necessary. +
Event Coordination:
Assist with the planning and execution of HR-related events, such as training sessions, company meetings, and recognition programs. +
Data Accuracy:
Regularly audit and update HR records to ensure data integrity and compliance with record-keeping requirements. +
General Support:
Provide support for ad hoc projects and requests to help the HR team meet business goals.
Requirements Required Qualifications:

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. +
Experience:
1+ year of experience in an administrative or HR support role. Experience in a fast-paced office environment is a plus. +
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP) is a bonus. +
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization. +
Organizational Skills:
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail. +
Interpersonal Skills:
