Job Summary:

Schedule :

Monday – Thursday; 6:00PM – 4:30AM Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department; supports payroll functions, schedules appointments/interviews; logs and tracks applicants; helps with recruitment; assists in new hire orientations, acts as liaison with union and Home Office, Processes invoices; Maintains HR files; Special Projects as assigned. Duties include but not limited to data entry, file maintenance, translation, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Strong written/verbal communication skills. Prior Human Resources experience. 1-3 yrs. administrative/business experience. Must be highly organized with the ability to multitask. Ability to prioritize. Demonstrated ability to respond/work effectively in rapidly changing environment. Able to maintain high level of confidentiality.
