7 Our client is currently looking for an experienced Human Resources Assistant.
Responsible for:
? Recruiting new staff
? Handling sensitive ER issues/Conducting investigations
? Assisting in auditing HR Functions and analyzing results
? Data entry into the HRIS
? Assisting in the on-boarding of new employees
? Keeping abreast of new legislation, changes in the Human Resources field as well as to establishing a network within the HR community
Requirements:
? Must possess a sound knowledge of management-labor relations, employment law, practices and procedures within Human Resources Management
? Must have 2 years of Human Resources experience.
? Must possess a 2 year college degree in human resources or business management
