Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Barnhart Driveaway, including job postings, driver outreach, hiring coordination Works with Recruiting Specialist to manage driver recruiting efforts for Barnhart Transportation’s South Carolina terminal Support driver hiring processes for terminals in Pennsylvania and Texas as needed Assist with office staff recruitment across locations, providing support to the HR team Maintain and update driver applicant tracking in Tenstreet and internal recruiting spreadsheets Report on recruiting metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis as needed Conduct regular check-in calls with drivers to strengthen relationships, resolve issues, and support overall driver satisfaction and retention Provide building tours for new hires during onboarding and ensure a welcoming first-day experience Send out employee and driver birthday and anniversary emails Mail birthday cards to drivers at all locations to maintain strong driver retention Coordinate monthly and quarterly terminal team-building events to support company culture Manage employee anniversary gift process for all three terminals Collaborate closely with the HR team on various projects and administrative tasks as needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications/Experience Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training Experience recruiting for the transportation industry preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent verbal communication skills (phone conversations with stakeholders is a requirement) Strong written communication skills Organized, analytical, & detail-oriented mindset required Problem-solving skills in fast-paced environment

Ability to work with a variety of products Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds Ability to climb on and off equipment, bend, kneel, reach, stand and squat Ability to wear personal protective equipment as required
