Job Summary:

We are seeking a Part-time Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support our Employee Relations team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both ENGLISH and SPANISH, possess strong organizational skills, and have a passion for helping people. This role will provide crucial administrative support, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the Employee Relations. Hours are from either (8:30-12:30 Monday

  • Thursday) or (9-1 Monday-Thursday)
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Employee Relations team, including scheduling new hire start dates and orientations, preparing documents, and maintaining files.
Assist with employee communication, including translating documents and interpreting conversations as needed. …
Respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate resources when necessary.
Maintain confidential employee records and ensure data accuracy.
Help with the onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing materials and assisting with logistics.

Fluency in both SPANISH and ENGLISH (written and verbal) is required.
