Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative office support for employees. Review all new hire paperwork and send to human resources for processing. Accept and review applications, setup interviews. Make and maintain employee files. Filing, faxing and organizing. Maintain DOT requirements, staff files, accurate payroll files and vacations lists. Oversee accident, injury, property damage reports by transmitting information to the corresponding office. Responsible for maintenance of office equipment Ordering supplies. Track and organize haul tickets, reconcile counts, and ensure accuracy in reporting. Support accounting functions including weekly and monthly reporting for the department. Maintain organized records of driver files, certifications, tickets, and paperwork Prepare and distribute reports required by management and operations teams to ensure smooth daily execution. Qualifications Prior experience in general administration, logistics, trucking, or construction-related industries preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in ticket and financial tracking.
